Position Details
π Location: Port Richey, FL

Patient Needs
- Tracheostomy (Trach) care
- Ventilator management
- Routine skilled nursing care
- Medication administration and patient monitoring
- Documentation and communication with the healthcare team
Available Schedule
24 hours per day / 7 days per week (Split into two 12-hour shifts)
Day Shift
- 9:00 AM β 9:00 PM OR
- 8:00 AM β 8:00 PM
Night Shift
- 9:00 PM β 9:00 AM OR
- 8:00 PM β 8:00 AM
We have full-time, part-time, weekday, and weekend,Β opportunities available.
Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- New graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply (training may be available for qualified candidates)
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Reliable transportation and professionalism
