Paramount Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced female caregiver to support a 24-year-old young woman living at home with her parents in Sarasota.
This is a meaningful opportunity to build a long-term, consistent relationship while providing high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive home environment.

She is a sweet and gentle individual who requires assistance with Activities Of Daly Living(ADL). She uses a wheelchair and is nonverbal, but she greatly benefits from caregivers who are engaging, kind, and talk to her throughout the day. Good case for someone looking for a full-time , stable and long term care.
🕒 Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Potential for additional weekend hours in the future
🛠️ Responsibilities
You will provide full assistance with all activities of daily living, including:
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Feeding (meals are prepared and pureed by her mother)
- Oral care
- Changing briefs to maintain hygiene and comfort
- Providing companionship and engaging communication throughout the day
